Fk7 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms of use for the fk7 platform, which are binding on all users who register or use our services. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the fk7 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the fk7 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and fk7 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed full acceptance of the changes.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. fk7 is not liable if a minor accesses the platform using another person's account credentials.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the fk7 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. fk7 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time to confirm a user's identity for compliance and security purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. fk7 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Account Suspension & Closure

Fk7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraud, provided false information during registration, or taken any action that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Any funds remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the fk7 platform, you agree to abide by all of the following rules in every session:

Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and not for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
Do not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
Do not share your account or allow any other party to use it for any reason.
Do not attempt to exploit any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds display errors to gain an unfair advantage.
Do not place bets or conduct transactions intended for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws governing the use of online entertainment platforms.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension of your account, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in RM

All transactions on the fk7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including approved Malaysian e-wallets and internet banking transfer services operating under Malaysia's banking system.

Deposits that have been verified and credited to your account are final. fk7 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators. Users are advised to retain proof of transaction for any future verification needs.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposit or to a method that has been verified under the account holder's name. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policy. fk7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.

Winnings from games or bets will be automatically credited to your account balance. Any disputes regarding transaction amounts or winnings must be reported to customer support within 7 days of the transaction date.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The fk7 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. fk7 makes no warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, the accuracy of odds information, or game outcomes. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, fk7 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of income, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fk7 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of fk7 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from fk7.

Third-Party Links & Services

The fk7 platform may utilise third-party services such as game providers, payment systems, and technical infrastructure. fk7 is not responsible for the privacy policies, security, or content of any such third parties. Any interaction you have with third parties is entirely at your own risk.

Amendments & Governing Law

Fk7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Continued use of the platform after any revised terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Users are advised to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure they remain up to date with the current rules in force. Where any material changes significantly affect user rights, fk7 will endeavour to notify users via their registered email address.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
